Company Overview

Our company is a National High-Tech Enterprise, long focused on Xinchuang national IT, smart converged communication, and emergency command informatization. We concentrate on four core industries — medical emergency, public emergency response, government-enterprise communication, and rail transit — serving as a comprehensive solution provider integrating self-developed products, customized solutions, hardware-software integration, project implementation, and full-lifecycle operations & maintenance.

The company follows a autonomous and controllable, domestic substitution technology roadmap. All products are deeply adapted to domestic chips, domestic operating systems, domestic databases, and middleware within the Xinchuang ecosystem, fully meeting the security compliance and autonomous controllability requirements of government agencies, public institutions, and key industries.

With dual R&D centers in Nanjing and Wuhan, the company has a specialized technical team deeply versed in converged dispatch, emergency command, AI intelligent algorithms, big data, and GIS geographic information, with complete capabilities in hardware-software R&D, system integration, and large-scale project delivery. Through years of industry accumulation, we have established four standardized, deployable business systems.

Smart Medical Emergency

Building a comprehensive intelligent dispatch system around emergency call handling, AI triage, GIS dispatch, smart vehicle assignment, pre-hospital–in-hospital coordination, and emergency big data analytics.

Xinchuang Converged Communication

Self-developing soft-switch and multi-network converged dispatch platforms based on domestic architecture, unifying voice, video, intercom, private network, and IoT communication resources.

All-Domain Emergency Command

Building a comprehensive emergency command platform centered on GIS one-map, covering the full process of monitoring & early warning, emergency duty, contingency plan management, and coordinated dispatch.

Rail Transit

Providing station converged communication, train dispatch, and in-station coordination solutions tailored for metro, municipal railway, and intercity rail dedicated scenarios.

Company Milestones

Feb 1985 · Company Founded

Shenzhen ZX Semiconductor Co., Ltd. established, with Aerospace System Factory 691 as the primary investor.

1987–1988 · First-Generation PBX Developed

In February 1987, developed the first-generation 68-line PBX ZX-60; in 1988, iterated to the 120-line PBX ZX-60A.

Mar 1988 · First Digital Switch ZX500 Launched

The company's first-generation digital PBX ZX500 was successfully developed; in August 1990, it passed ministry-level production certification and obtained the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications network access license.

Jun 1991 · ZX500A Rural C5 Exchange Developed

In 1991, the small-capacity digital central office switch ZX500A was developed to adapt to China's rural C5 end-office digital transformation; annual sales reached 60 million yuan, exceeding 100 million yuan the following year.

Oct 1992 · Shenzhen ZX Weixiantong Equipment Co., Ltd. Established

With support from Aerospace System shareholder units, ZX Semiconductor funded the establishment of Shenzhen ZX Weixiantong Equipment Co., Ltd.

Mar 1993 · Certified as High-Tech Enterprise; ZX New Telecom Founded

ZX Semiconductor was certified as one of Shenzhen's first batch of high-tech enterprises and AAA-grade credit enterprises; concurrently, Aerospace Factory 691, Guangyu Group, and ZX Weixiantong jointly established Shenzhen ZX New Telecom Equipment Co., Ltd., pioneering the “state-owned, authorized operation” public-private mechanism.

Jun 1994 ·ZX Semiconductor Completed Public-Private Transformation

ZX Weixiantong invested in ZX Semiconductor, simultaneously implementing the public-private operation model, establishing two core businesses: small/medium-capacity digital switches and digital program-controlled dispatch machines.

Nov 1995 · First Self-Developed Digital Dispatch Machine ZX50CID

Launched the first-generation digital program-controlled dispatch machine ZX50CID, passing the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications network access certification and obtaining network access qualification.

Oct 1996 · China's First Public Security Command & Dispatch System Deployed

Based on the ZX500D dispatch platform, developed the ZX110 public security alarm command & dispatch system, officially deployed at the Qingyuan Public Security Bureau in Guangdong.

Jan 1997 · Emergency, Fire, and Traffic Dispatch Systems Launched

Based on the ZX500D platform, developed the ZX120 pre-hospital emergency command & dispatch system, deployed at Chongqing Emergency Center; simultaneously completed development of ZX119 fire and ZX122 traffic alarm command & dispatch systems.

May 1998 · Second-Generation Dispatch Switch ZXD1000 Developed

Launched the second-generation digital dispatch switch ZXD1000, deployed at Jilin Border Defense, building the company's first three-tier communication network.

May 1999 · Full Series of Alarm & Dispatch Systems Upgraded

Based on the ZXD1000 platform, completed the second-generation full-series technical upgrade of public security, emergency, fire, and traffic alarm command & dispatch systems.

Sep 1999 · Asset Restructuring; Official Name Change

ZX Semiconductor completed asset restructuring and was renamed Shenzhen ZIT Information Technology Co., Ltd.; the original ZX Semiconductor's operating period expired, completing its historical mission, and the enterprise entered a new development stage.

Oct 1999 · Entered Rail Transit Communication Sector

Cooperated with Jinan Tianlong High-Tech to develop the ZST-48 railway digital dedicated communication system; in June 2000, passed Ministry of Railways technical certification and deployed the first trial system on the Ji-Qing Railway.

2000–2001 · Broke Foreign Monopoly in Metro Communication

In December 2000, supplied the Guangzhou Metro Line 2 communication project, breaking foreign enterprise monopoly; in 2001, won the bid for Shenzhen Metro Phase 1 dedicated dispatch communication system project, achieving a strategic breakthrough in rail transit business.

Jun 2002 · ZXD02 Railway System Received National-Level Project Approval

The ZXD02 railway dedicated digital communication system received project approval from the Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Finance; all R&D work was completed in 2003.

Dec 2002 · Quality System Certification + Beidou/GPS Vehicle Terminal R&D

Passed ISO9000:2000 quality management system certification; completed development of the first GSM/CDMA network GPS vehicle dispatch terminal and GIS vehicle dispatch system.

Dec 2004 · Won China's Only Province-Wide Emergency Project

Completed the public security three-in-one dispatch system upgrade; undertook the Jiangsu Province-wide medical emergency command & dispatch system — China's first province-wide full-coverage emergency project; certified as Shenzhen Key Software Enterprise and Futian District Top 100 Tax Enterprise.

Dec 2005 · Trunking Intercom Terminal Mass Production; Obtained Integration Level 3 Qualification

ZX GOTA trunking intercom terminal developed and mass-produced; launched China's first emergency comprehensive office system; obtained MIIT Computer Information System Integration Level 3 qualification.

Dec 2006 · Industrial Mine Underground Communication System Deployed in Major Energy Projects

Jointly developed the ES3000 coal mine underground wireless communication system with ZX Mobile Division; launched integrated GPS navigation-dispatch vehicle terminal; won bids for Pearl River Delta petrochemical pipeline communication and Shenhua coal-to-liquid full-factory dispatch telephone projects.

Nov 2007 · Upgraded to System Integration Level 2 Qualification

Obtained MIIT Information System Integration Level 2 qualification; developed 120 vehicle medical equipment information transmission (pre-notification) LCD smart information screen, delivered to Shanghai Pudong users; completed ZXD1000 switch multi-protocol IP module upgrade.

Dec 2008 · IP Dispatch & Pre-Hospital Mobile Monitoring System Launched

Completed MGCP IP dispatch service and remote IP seat development; self-developed mobile multi-parameter pre-hospital medical monitoring information system.

Mar 2009 · Major Water Conservancy & Metro Communication Projects Won in Batches

Won bids for South-to-North Water Diversion Beijing-Shijiazhuang section emergency water supply communication system and Tianjin Metro Lines 2/3 official and dedicated communication projects.

Jun 2009 · Certified as National High-Tech Enterprise

Officially certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise; in September of the same year, completed the third-generation 120 emergency dispatch system iteration and upgraded the GPS navigation terminal digital display module.

Jun 2021 · Selected as Shenzhen Specialized & New SME

Shenzhen ZIT Information Technology Co., Ltd., with outstanding performance and technological innovation capabilities in its specialized field, was successfully selected for the "Shenzhen Specialized, Fine, Distinctive, and New SME" list. This honor marks an important achievement on the company's path of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative development.

Nov 2021 · Completed Domestic Server Compatibility Mutual Certification

The ZIT self-developed Comprehensive Command & Dispatch Platform (for public security intelligent alarm receiving & dispatch at all levels) completed compatibility mutual certification testing with Sugon R62/R52/R42 series and H620/H520/H420 series servers.

Apr 2022 · Passed Kunpeng & Kylin Xinchuang Dual Certification

ZIT officially passed Huawei Kunpeng compatibility certification and Kylin Software NeoCertify certification. Products are compatible, secure, and stable under Kunpeng processors and Kylin domestic OS environments, further strengthening Xinchuang total solution delivery capability, providing autonomous and controllable digital products.

Oct 2022 · Visual Police Comprehensive Dispatch Platform Architecture Finalized

The ZIT Comprehensive Command & Dispatch Platform builds an intelligent alarm receiving & dispatch system for public security, restructuring the traditional hierarchical dispatch model, establishing a GIS map visual dispatch foundation, integrating all communication resources, supporting configurable dispatch routing strategies, and horizontally connecting all public security business systems to form an integrated comprehensive command platform.

Oct 2022 · Completed Full-Stack Domestic Substitution of Public Security Dispatch System

The ZIT Comprehensive Command & Dispatch Platform is built on Linux + domestic databases, fully adapting to Xinchuang project construction standards, capable of completely replacing the original Windows/Oracle/Intel foreign technology stack, providing core support for the secure and autonomous construction of the public security 110 alarm receiving & dispatch system.

Dec 2022 · Two Emergency Search & Rescue Equipment Utility Model Patents Certified

Jointly with China Rescue Guangdong Mobile Professional Brigade, obtained two utility model patents: a portable intelligent positioning search & rescue device (Patent No.: ZL 2022 2 3530754.7) and a portable integrated access device (Patent No.: ZL 2022 2 3475498.6).

Mar 2023 · Domestic Police Dispatch Platform Adaptation Standards Solidified

The ZIT Comprehensive Command & Dispatch Platform is built on Linux and domestic databases, fully meeting national Xinchuang construction specifications, capable of comprehensively replacing the Windows/Oracle/Intel foreign technology system, ensuring the public security 110 alarm receiving & dispatch command system is secure and autonomously controllable.

Mar 2024 · ZXD2000 Switch Obtained MIIT Telecom Equipment Network Access License

The self-developed ZXD2000 digital program-controlled switch obtained the MIIT telecom equipment network access license (License No.: 04-0758-242555). All product technical performance, network security, and interconnection indicators fully comply with national communication industry standards, possessing nationwide commercial qualification.

May 29, 2024 · ZIT Smart Emergency V10.0 System Officially Released for Commercial Use

The new Smart Emergency V10.0 emergency information system is empowered by AI technology as its core, with products deeply adapted to the full-stack Xinchuang ecosystem and stable, reliable hardware-software compatibility. Currently deployed and operational at emergency centers in Yichang, Deyang, Xianning, Suqian, and other cities, earning high recognition across the emergency industry for AI-driven efficient dispatch and standardized emergency management capabilities.

May 2025 · Obtained Class III Medical Device Business License

Obtained the Class III Medical Device Business License issued by the National Medical Products Administration (License No.: 粤深药监械经营许20250434号), acquiring legal qualification for high-risk medical device business, achieving a key breakthrough in the medical emergency strategic layout.

Sep 2, 2025 · Passed ISO20000 IT Service Management System Certification

Successfully obtained ISO20000 international IT service management certification. The company's full-process IT services achieved standardized, and specialized international certification, establishing a solid system foundation for delivering stable and reliable informatization services to clients.
